ORDER PROCESSING
Processing of your order can take up to ten (10) business days. During this time, your set is being created to fit you perfectly. Updates relating to your order will be communicated via email. Any questions relating to your order can be routed to losumn@gmail.com. Please indicate the order number and name in the subject line.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery of your order is trusted with and handled by USPS. All orders should be received within two to five (2-5) days of being shipped. Shipping and delivery timelines may fluctuate or change based on holiday seasons.
Please check the tracking number, sent upon shipping confirmation, if you'd like to see the status of you order's delivery. Any delayed or lost orders made by the shipping carrier are not the responsibility of Losumn and will have to be handled directly with the carrier service.
If you are having trouble locating your tracking number, please refer back to the most recent update sent via email regarding your order. If you are positive that your order has shipped, but did not receive a tracking number, please reach out to losumn@gmail.com with the order number attached to receive an update on your order.
