HOW DO I SIZE MY NAILS? 

  • Order a Sizing Kit to be delivered to you within 2 to 4 business days. 
  • Follow the directions on the Custom Sizing Form provided & fill out completely.
  • Take a photo of the card and send to losumn@gmail.com to have your sizes kept on file.
  • Check out the instructions on how to size your nails here!

NAILS KEEP FALLING OFF? 

  • Application is crucial to keeping your Losumn nails on! Follow the instructions provided in your manicure kit to ensure a proper application.

HOW DO I REUSE MY NAILS?

  • In order to reuse your set, it is important to ONLY use the nail glue stickers provided with your application kit that comes with your set.
  • If applied with traditional glue, the reuse of your nails cannot be guaranteed as the glue will stay dried onto the press on and bonds too strongly to your nail bed. Premature removal of nails applied with traditional nail glue can also damage the nail itself. 
  • Keep in mind, application with nail glue stickers can last up to 10 days, where traditional nail glue has a longer application of up to 2 weeks. 

LOST OR DAMAGED NAILS?

  • Losing or damaging a nail happens! Please inquire with losumn@gmail.com to have your nails replaced for an a la carte price.
  • Nail replacements can take up to 14 business days, not including shipping & delivery.

HOW IS EACH SET UNIQUE?

  • All designs are made to be unique and one-of-one. Although some designs may be more popular than others, and iterations of a design may be created, not one set is exactly the same.
